Hydraulic Gripper Excavator Rock Grab For SANY Excavator SY200 SY210 SY220
Grapples, or grabs, are available for all excavators and are a durable, cost effective solution for long term materials handling requirements. All models feature Hard 450 material for the main plates, giving excellent strength; 1,200N/mm-2 compared to 43A (S275) and 50B (S355), which have yield strengths of 275 and 300 N/mm-2 respectively) and wear resistance; typically 425 to 475 Brinell hardness, compared to 146 and 187 43A and 50B respectively. Obviously, hard is a more expensive raw material, but hugely better suited to the application.
Product Features
1. Check valve is embedded for better safety shock value enclosed for better safety from damage
2. Unlimited clockwise and anti-clockwise 360 degree rotatable. Special designed swing bearing for durability and big cylinder for more power
3. The wide opening width with light weight, not only outstanding performance handling the iron bar but also maximizes his operation efficiency with light weight.
4. Wear resistant special solid steel is used and no extra reinforcement is requirement.
5. Minimized hydraulic trouble which may occur during rotating works.
