Brief Introduction:

The oil-water filter element is processed by a variety of composite materials through a special process and has hydrophilic characteristics. It can not only filter out mechanical impurities in the medium, but also separate the emulsified water from the medium through demulsification and coalescence. Come out and coalesce into larger water droplets to facilitate further purification of the medium. The oil-water filter element mainly uses surface-treated glass fiber or polyester fiber as the coalescence medium. The structure of the filter material is specially designed to make the filter medium have good filtration performance. The filtering accuracy can reach 0.1μm. Filtration principle: The droplets of oil, water and other liquids are captured by the ultra-fine fibers inside the coalescer. These micron-sized fibers form a tortuous channel for the airflow, forcing solid particles and liquid droplets to collide, diffuse and intercept inertially. Directly intercepted by the three filtering mechanisms and captured by the ultrafine fibers, the surface tension of the liquid causes the small droplets to coalesce into larger droplets. Due to gravity, the large droplets settle to the bottom of the container.
