- Mechanical transmission part: The joystick is connected to the actuator outside the cab through mechanical structures such as connecting rods and rotating shafts. When the operator pushes or pulls the joystick, the mechanical structure will transmit force and motion to the corresponding actuator, such as controlling the opening and closing of the hydraulic valve, and then controlling the flow direction and pressure of the hydraulic oil, driving the hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor and other actuators to achieve steering, speed change, lifting and other operations of the vehicle or equipment.
- Electronic signal part: Various sensors are also integrated on the joystick, such as potentiometer or Hall effect sensors. When the joystick moves, the sensor converts physical quantities such as the position, angle, and movement speed of the joystick into electrical signals. These electrical signals are transmitted to the electronic control unit (ECU) of the vehicle or equipment. The ECU processes and analyzes the received electrical signals according to the preset program and algorithm, and then sends control instructions to each actuator to accurately control the operating status of the equipment.
