The SK350-6E joystick handle assembly of the excavator is mainly used to control the various actions of the excavator. Its working principle and function are as follows:
Working principle
- There are multiple sensors and micro switches inside the joystick handle assembly. When the driver operates the handle, the movement of the handle will be sensed by the sensor, and the sensor converts the mechanical movement into an electrical signal. These electrical signals are transmitted to each hydraulic valve group through the control system of the excavator. The hydraulic valve group controls the flow direction and flow of the hydraulic oil according to the received signal, and then drives the corresponding hydraulic actuators, such as cylinders, motors, etc., so that the excavator can achieve various actions, such as digging, rotation, walking, boom lifting and lowering, etc.
Function
- Accurately control the action: The driver can accurately control the movement amplitude and speed of the excavator through the joystick handle assembly. For example, in excavation operations, the cutting angle and digging depth of the bucket can be accurately controlled; in hoisting operations, the position of the boom and bucket rod can be accurately controlled to achieve smooth and accurate operation.
- Improve work efficiency: The design of the joystick handle assembly conforms to ergonomics, which makes the driver comfortable and convenient to operate, and can quickly and accurately switch between various actions, thereby improving the work efficiency of the excavator and shortening the operation time.
- Ensure operational safety: The handle assembly is usually equipped with safety devices such as emergency stop buttons and locking devices. When encountering an emergency, the driver can press the emergency stop button to quickly cut off the power source, stop the excavator, and avoid accidents; the locking device can prevent the handle from accidentally moving in a non-operating state, ensuring the stability and safety of the excavator.
