Grab is a lifting appliance which depend on jaw opening and closing crawl and unloading bulk material.According to be stacked capture material density is divided into light, medium, heavy, and super heavy.
Grabs can be manufactured in various executions, each model accustomed to the material to be handled. For loading and discharging of scrap, mixed scrap, compacted car bodies, small rocks, wood chips, etc. The grabs are manufactured of high wear resistant steel.
Grabs are available with rotator or integrated rotation (heavy duty) with sturdy slewing, depending on the type.The heavy duty version features solid end stops, accurate fittings, reinforced bolts and large bearing surfaces amongst others.

Hydraulic rotary steel grab product maintenance:

1. Daily checkpoints
Whether there is any damage or deformation of the body, whether there is leakage of the hose interface, damage to the pin and bushing and its replacement cycle, check the loosening state of bolts and nuts, check the oil level and loosing of the gear, tighten the bolt.
2. Regular checkpoints
The seals and rotating parts of the hydraulic cylinder will wear out, and should be replaced in time after reaching the service life. Replacement parts should be matched with the original factory.
Check the rotation shaft, the rotation shaft unlimited rotation 360 degrees, convenient from any Angle accurate work, check the rotation shaft has enough lubricant, bolts are tight enough.
3. Check the tightening state of bolts and install new bolts. Check after 8 hours of use, and ensure that the bolts tightened are not loose. The damaged bolts should be replaced in time. It should be replaced after about 1500 hours or 12 months of use after installation.
4. It is recommended to regularly check whether there is oil leakage to ensure that there is no fault and the product can run smoothly.
Every 4 hours: fill lubriCATEEEEEEEEing oil, lubriCATEEEEEEEEe shaft pin and rotating gear once. Every six months or 1000 hours (whichever comes first): replace the hydraulic cylinder oil seal and motor oil seal once.

Special notes for operation and use of hydraulic rotary steel grabber:
Only reasonable and correct use of product can effectively improve work efficiency, but also ensure the service life of the product, so the following special precautions must be read in detail before using the steel grabber:
1 Suitable for grabbing uniform bulk material, not suitable for long boring, otherwise easy to strain .
2.Do not use grapples as levers and do not use grapples to move heavy objects.
3.It is forbidden to push and pull with grapples or overload grab heavy objects.
4.When working, try to adjust the grip and excavator arm to keep in a vertical position, ensure that the force of each grab is even.
5.The tip of the claw is wear-resistant welding wire, which should be repaired in time during use to prevent damage.
6.The rotation speed can not be adjusted too fast to prevent the grip from grasping the heavy object ,and while stop the action, due to the sudden brake, too much inertia caused damage of the motor.
7.After stopping the operation, check the pipeline joints of the grips in time, check whether the fixing bolts are loose due to friction and collision caused by long time work. If oil leakage and bolt looseness are found, tighten them manually , and replace the hydraulic cylinder and motor oil seals once every six months or 1000 hours (whichever comes first).
