Hydraulic rotary steel grab product maintenance:
1. Daily checkpoints
Whether there is any damage or deformation of the body, whether there is leakage of the hose interface, damage to the pin and bushing and its replacement cycle, check the loosening state of bolts and nuts, check the oil level and loosing of the gear, tighten the bolt.
2. Regular checkpoints
The seals and rotating parts of the hydraulic cylinder will wear out, and should be replaced in time after reaching the service life. Replacement parts should be matched with the original factory.
Check the rotation shaft, the rotation shaft unlimited rotation 360 degrees, convenient from any Angle accurate work, check the rotation shaft has enough lubricant, bolts are tight enough.
3. Check the tightening state of bolts and install new bolts. Check after 8 hours of use, and ensure that the bolts tightened are not loose. The damaged bolts should be replaced in time. It should be replaced after about 1500 hours or 12 months of use after installation.
4. It is recommended to regularly check whether there is oil leakage to ensure that there is no fault and the product can run smoothly.
Every 4 hours: fill lubriCATEEEEEEEEing oil, lubriCATEEEEEEEEe shaft pin and rotating gear once. Every six months or 1000 hours (whichever comes first): replace the hydraulic cylinder oil seal and motor oil seal once.

Valve3:There are foreign bodies in the hydraulic oil, longer than the oil seal replacement time, poor regular maintenance, user error. External shock,stuck, strain, after 1 month,are not the scope of claim.
Oil seal3:Foreign body in hydraulic oil, over oil seal replacement time and poor regular maintenance are not within the scope of claim.
Pipeline3:The manufacturer is not responsible for the damage caused by improper maintenance and excessive adjustment of the pressure of the overflow valve caused by external force collision.
