We customized this compaction wheels for customer,it's a very big size design.
Our standard drum diameter is 700mm,this one diamater is 900mm.
Description:
In the construction of ditches,can use compaction wheel to compact the soft soil to hard flat soil after excavating.
In farm,also can compaction the soil after trenching.
In lots of other constructions,compaction wheels also have big range using.

1. High precision,High precision means longer life.
all our bearings tolerance we keep 0.01~0.05mm smaller than the bearing boss.
All pins,we keep 0.1mm smaller than the boss.
2. Lots of other suppliers,the rotating of compaction wheels is pins and bushings friction rotation.
Our rotation is Bearing rotating,much more better design,can enhance the life of pins.
3. Enough layers knob blocks,better for compaction.
For this 20ton comapction wheel,each drums have 3 layer knob blocks.
4. Under each knob blocks,have a small bracket to reinforce the structure,Very durable.
5. Internal have grease nipple for better lubricant.
