IPX1-X2 Waterproof Rating Tester conforms to the standard requirements of IEC60529-2013, ISO20653:2006 etc.
It is used for IPX1, IPX2 waterproof grade testing of charging pile, cabinet and other products. The complete set of equipment is composed of vertical rain drop test device (IPX1 and IPX2), Tilting rotary stage, intelligent water supply integrated system and operation control cabinet.

(1) Vertical rain drop test device
1. Suitable for product IPX1, IPX2 test.

3. Water tank: sealed stainless steel water tank.
4. Drip Needle: ￠0.4mm aperture.
5. Drip needle seat: with hexagonal clamp stainless steel needle seat, easy to install, needle seat horizontal plane consistent.
6. Hole spacing: 20mm.
7. Rainfall: 1mm+0.5mm /min, 3mm+0.5mm /min, frequency conversion adjustment automatic control.
8. Drip Height: 200mm (photoelectric beam control).
9. Test Time: 0-9999S can be set.
10. Lifting mode: three-phase motor + T-shaped SUS304 stainless steel double screw synchronous lifting, safe and reliable.

(2) Smart water supply system
1. Flow control: the use of high-precision turbine flow meter and electronic digital flow meter intelligent control, each dripper box independent control, divided into 9 sets of flow meter control, can be set in the control touch screen flow.
2. Water supply pump: using multi-stage stainless steel centrifugal pump, divided into 9 pump control.
3. Water supply: 9-way.
4. Body material: industrial alloy aluminum profile.
5. The tap water inlet is equipped with a filter, the filter element can be replaced.
6. The water tank is equipped with a liquid level switch, which can automatically replenish water and control the pump to stop the protection function when the water level is low.
