HVCH AS02 Series  is a slender but powerful electric water heater, which is about 110mm in width and height but maximum power being up to 18KW. Initially, it was designed for use in battery thermal management units, and later for interior heating in buses and trucks. Its installation depends on the four pcs of M6 nutscrets at the bottom. 

HVCH AS02-Series could quickly, consistently,powerfully and reliably heat the vehicle or battery interior. The compact device ensures a constantly high heat output of 8kW-18kW and allows for flexible use in a power range of 350 to 870 Volts. HVCH AS02-Series features infinitely variable heat output control by means of an integral control unit. This takes place either by regulating the water outlet temperature or by limiting the maximum heat output or power consumption. Furthermore, it is CAN-capable and transmits key operating data to the vehicle system using an intelligent diagnostic function.

Ø Completely Separation of Water and Electricity

Water and electricity is completely separated.Different from other manufacturers,we solve perfectly the contradiction between the heat transmission efficiency with the Insulation requirement of DC 3500 V.Benefits from this technical improvement, our 870V (nominal voltage) products have been mass produced and used in heavy dump trucks in 2021.
