HVCH KA01 Series is a small and delicate PTC electric water heater with the maximum power up to 10KW. Stepless adjustment function, CAN or LIN communication could be OEM according to customer requirements. KA01 was designed for the heat pump system in vehicle thermal management. Its shell is aluminum die-cast, whose surface has been made anti-corrosion treatment.The performance of EMC is superior. KA01 is a good choice for providing preheating or auxiliary heating for the heat pump.
HVCH KA01-Series could quickly, consistently,powerfully and reliably heat the vehicle interior. The compact device ensures a constantly high heat output of 6kW-10kW and allows for flexible use in a power range of 350 to 850 Volts. HVCH KA01-Series features infinitely variable heat output control by means of an integral control unit. This takes place either by regulating the water outlet temperature or by limiting the maximum heat output or power consumption. Furthermore, it is CAN-capable and transmits key operating data to the vehicle system using an intelligent diagnostic function.

Water and electricity is completely separated.Different from other manufacturers,we solve perfectly the contradiction between the heat transmission efficiency with the Insulation requirement of DC 3500 V.Benefits from this technical improvement, our 870V (nominal voltage) products have been mass produced and used in heavy dump trucks in 2021.
