High-Efficiency Water Purification with Exceptional Load Impact Resistance
Our Advanced Shallow Air Flotation Water Treatment Equipment is a state-of-the-art rapid air flotation system that combines the principles of shallow theory and zero velocity to deliver superior water treatment performance. Designed to handle high load impacts and ensure stable effluent quality, this equipment is ideal for a wide range of water treatment applications, including industrial wastewater, river purification, and municipal water treatment.
Innovative Working Principle
Shallow air flotation works by introducing coagulants and flocculants into raw water within a mixing reactor, forming separable flocs. Microbubbles (5–10 μm) generated by the dissolved air release mechanism adhere to these flocs, creating air-bearing particles with a specific gravity lower than water. These particles rapidly float to the surface, forming scum or floating oil, which is efficiently removed by a scum scraper.
The system is composed of a tank body, rotating water distribution mechanism, dissolved air release mechanism, frame mechanism, and water collection mechanism – all tightly connected and rotating around the tank's center, ensuring high efficiency and minimal operational disturbance.
