Product Overview:
With the continuous improvement of the national effluent standard, the removal of TP and SS has become the top priority of the upgrading work. In recent years, Bubble Technology has been exploring in the field of sewage upgrading and transformation and optimizing operation, and has successively developed a series of advanced treatment products such as continuous quicksand filtration, rotary plate filtration, deep bed filter, precision filtration, etc., the system realizes rapid coagulation and precipitation by adding magnetic powder medium, which has the advantages of good effluent effect and low operating cost, and can greatly reduce the amount of chemical dosage and energy consumption, and the effluent can reach SS<5mq/L, TP<0.3mq/, and meet the discharge standard of Class A or higher.
Working principle:
High-efficiency magnetic coagulation sedimentation system is in the process of conventional coagulation and flocculation, adding water treatment supporting magnetic powder, powdery magnetic powder combined with floc in the coagulation process to form a stable floc with magnetic powder as the condensation nucleus, because the specific gravity of magnetic powder is 5.3 times the specific gravity of water, the specific gravity of the floc combined with magnetic powder is rapidly increased, after this kind of floc flows into the sedimentation tank, rapid settlement can be achieved within a few minutes, and the sedimentation rate can reach 40 meters per hour, which is 20 times that of conventional coagulation and precipitation. The adsorption and catching ability has been further improved, the treatment effect has been strengthened, and the magnetic coagulation and sedimentation system has been perfectly upgraded.
