Product Overview
Facing increasingly stringent environmental regulations, the removal of Total Phosphorus (TP) and Suspended Solids (SS) has become critical for modern sewage treatment systems. Bubble Technology has developed a range of advanced water treatment solutions, including Continuous Quicksand Filtration, Rotary Plate Filtration, Deep Bed Filters, and Precision Filtration.
Our innovative system integrates high-efficiency magnetic coagulation and sedimentation technology, allowing for rapid coagulation and precipitation by adding magnetic powder. This not only enhances the treatment efficiency but also significantly reduces chemical usage and energy consumption. The treated effluent can achieve SS < 5 mg/L and TP < 0.3 mg/L, meeting and exceeding Class A discharge standards.
How It Works
The high-efficiency magnetic coagulation sedimentation system enhances the traditional coagulation and flocculation process by introducing magnetic powder. This powder combines with floc during the coagulation process to create stable magnetic flocs. Since the specific gravity of magnetic powder is 5.3 times that of water, the combined floc settles rapidly, reaching a sedimentation rate of 40 meters per hour—20 times faster than conventional methods. This accelerates the separation of contaminants and enhances the overall treatment performance.
