314 stainless steel is an austenitic, heat-resistant alloy engineered for extreme high-temperature applications. With superior oxidation resistance, anti-carburization properties, and stable mechanical performance, it is the go-to material for industrial equipment in harsh environments. Enhanced by silicon for elevated temperature durability and 24-26% chromium for exceptional corrosion resistance, 314 stainless steel excels in furnace components, kiln parts, heat treatment systems, and more – delivering extended service life and operational efficiency.

Oxidation & Carburization Resistance: Silicon-enriched composition ensures robust oxidation resistance at sustained temperatures above 1922°F (1050°C), preventing carburization-induced embrittlement.
Thermal Stability: Thermal conductivity of 15 W/(m·K) and specific heat capacity of 0.5 J/g-°C guarantee reliable performance under thermal stress.
