Glass Plastic Spirits Closure Glass Bottle Corks for Luxury Liquor and Spirits

1. Advantage

① Safety closures with automatic internal tamper-evident system band for alcoholic beverage bottles and snap-on capping systems.
Automatic internal tamper-evident band is not usually visible to the consumer until the bottle is opened. When the closure is correctly unscrewed, a coloured band appears around the base of the closure.
 

② When the bottle is sealed again, the coloured band is then visible around the circumference of the closure, giving the consumer indisputable proof that the bottle has already been opened.

③ Current technology in our factory allows us to decorate the products with hot stamping by foil, serigraphy and a combination of both types of methods of decoration. The colour of the external body of the product is created through the sputter coating technique and colouring in a paste.

We manufacture qualitative aluminum closures that are pilfer proof and are available at industry leading prices. We offer plain as well as printed caps in various colours that suit the bottle, in 28mm x 18mm & 28mm x 22mm diameter.

In addition to the Vial seal and PP Caps we can also supply plain, Lacqured, coated, and printed ROPP caps and aluminium closure stocks and sheets in various thicknesses(0.18mm.0.19mm,0.20mm,021mm,0.22mm & 0.23mm)
