Q1. How to get the exact quotation and how to send inquiry?

A: We do customized box. In order to give you quick and exact offer, we appreciate that you can provide us your box size, material, color, printing, surface treatment and quantity requirements. You can send inquiry by TM, What’s App or send e-mail to us.

Q2. What is your delivery time?
A: General speaking, it will take us 20-40 days to complete all you printing maters
or packing items. And cycle time is flexible for the urgent orders.

Q3. If the products have some quality problem, how will you deal with it?

A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping. If the quality problem of products are caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.

Q4. How to make payment?

A: T/T, L/C & Western Union, etc.

Q5. Can we have our logo or company information on my products or package?
A: Sure. Your Logo can show on the products by Printing, UV Varnishing, Hot Stamping, Embossing or Sticker.
