TROUBLE SHOOTING - Temperature not display!
1. Temperature display range from 39-75℉ (4-24 Celsius Degree), if not display, it may below 39℉ or above 75℉.
2. If within 39-75℉, it not display, please use your finger to wipe the water / spray on the temperature strip, wait for seconds, the temp will display.
How Long will the Insulin Case Keep Cool?
1. Freeze the ice gel over night; 2. Test environment temperature around 8-84 Fahrenheit (26-28℃).
The cooling time depends on ambient temperature, the warm environment, the short cooling time. We don’t suggest use it to cool the medicine above 8 hours or overnight even some of our customers confirmed it can keep the medications cool longer time.
