SMD aluminum electrolytic capacitor, also known as chip electrolytic capacitor, is a kind of chip capacitor. The SMD electrolytic capacitor is relative to the lead line aluminum electrolytic capacitor. The chip electrolytic capacitor is a disc ribbon packing, according to the volume of the chip electrolytic capacitor 4x5.4 mm, each pack 2000 pieces; 5x5.4 mm~ 6.3x7.7 mm, 1000 PCS per plate; 8x10.5 and 10x10.5 each pack of 500 PCS;

 

Most specifications of the chip electrolytic capacitor voltage is low voltage, that is, the voltage is less than 100V, of course, there are 160V and 400V, but the specifications are very limited. And lead line aluminum electrolytic capacitor, voltage is very rich, covering high and low voltage.

 

The series of SMD electrolytic capacitors are also very few, which can be divided into wide temperature ordinary products, low impedance products, very low impedance products, long life products, high voltage products and so on. Wide temperature common chip electrolytic capacitors are mainly used in consumer electronics, such as sweeping robots, humidifiers, etc. Low impedance and very low impedance aluminum chip electrolytic capacitors are often used in test instruments; Long life chip electrolytic capacitors are generally used in LED lighting fixtures, but the amount is very small.

After storage for 1000 hours 105 ℃±2 ℃, return to 20 ℃, the capacitors shall meet
