INTRODTION MANUAL
Attention: The system is suitable for elevator that adopts the Can_BUS agreement (rope installed load weighing device), please kindly read the following chapters before operation. The elevator load weighing device has strict payload limit, please suitably installed; our company will not responsible for any loss for person and the device caused by unsuitbale operation otherwise.
Note: We are only responsible for the quanlity of products itself in any cases.

The appearance and installation instruction of the products

Try to install the sensor at the center of the car or the original overload switch of the elevator, installing the sytem at the bottom beam of the supporting, getting the inductive magnet attracted on the moving car and make sure the observe side faces the induction point of the sensor.
‚The support of the system should be made according to the basis condition of the elevator, and adopt to the material which is not so easy to deformation. The thickness of the support should be more than 4mm or with reinforcement to avoid swinging.
ƒ Installing the system to let the magnet at the bottom of car face the center of the upper sensor. Make sure the end face of the sensor parallel with the end face of the magnet.

System debug and illustration:

The system debug under other situation:
If there should be the following situations, it needs some ammendment of the system, the method are illustrated as before.
1. The weight of the car changes due to decoration;
2. Mechanical deformation of the car;
3. The non-ignorable influence of the car damping rubber elasticity coefficient caused by the changing temperature;
4. The aging and deformation of the damping rubber;
5. The header and squat down bottom of the elevator;
6. The loose of the fixed sensor.
How to expand the testing position range?
The factory default is 0-9.9mm, if there should be special demand, please operate according to the following:

Led explicit declaration
1. Green light:
Keep flashes---the sensor is far away from the no-load orignal point,
and away from the car;
‚Always on---Beyond the setting detecting displacement or no
detecting the magnet;
2. Red light:
Keep flashes---the sensor is far away from the no-load orignal
point, and get close to the car;
‚ Always on: Too close to the magnet and overload detected;
3. Yellow light:
Keep flashing---something wrong with the sensor, do the self-
learning operation after turn off the power supply;
‚Alway on---fault;
4. Red and green flashes alternatively---The sensor is at no-load of the
car, the no-load self-learning can only be done when there is such
