Conductive silk, also known as ESD Fabric, is composed of special polyester filament and high quality conductive yarns. This cloth can be used for sewing various functional garments, such as coveralls, suits, jackets, caps, boots and etc. It offers good resistance to static, chemicals and abrasion. It is designed for Class 1000 cleanroom and higher, with contribution to electronics, medical, biology, optics, spaceflight industries etc. The fabric meets ESD standards, with a system resistance range of 10e6-10e8Ω. It prevents the accumulation of static electricity of clothes, and is made of metal oxide or carbon black on composite spinning.
ESD Fabric also has great performance. Under the temperature of 20±5℃ and the humidity of 30～40%, its surface density average after 100 washes is ≤7.0μc/m2. Additionally, the etymology of electricity of every cloth is <0.6μ c/pc. Finally, its washable grade is A≥33.0 h, B≥16.5 h, C≥7.5h.
