PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Protect your home or business from poor-quality, polluted air with the air filtration system. Designed to provide up to 589 CFM of clean air to a room or pressurized space holding up to 16 people, the system operates a three-stage filtering process at 99.99% efficiency guaranteeing the highest possible HEPA rating. The carbon filter is impregnated with a special treatment that is capable of removing highly-dangerous particles from the atmosphere including sarin, acidic gas, radioactive iodine, and much more.
Noise level is kept to a respectable, up to 73 dB. The system operates at 160 W with the supplied 220 V AC power cord. A manual backup power system is activated in the event of mains failure, and the nuclear, biological, and chemical (NBC) unit also operates a failsafe mode. If the main system fails, a secondary ventilator continues to pump filtered air.
The CS system positively pressurizes the air in your home, panic room, bomb shelter, or enclosed space to prevent pollutants from entering via external air flow. The slightly increased local pressure effectively seals the room against lower pressure air that can bring in pollutants through cracks or small holes. And the triple-filtering system traps particles down to 0.3 microns (micrometers), holding them in a hermetically-sealed filter until such time as it can be safely disposed of.
This filter ventilation system is also capable of supporting optional blast protection.

High-efficient DC motors with external rotor and forward curved blades are designed for air supply and exhaust. The fan motors have built-in overheating protection and ball bearings for longer service life
Features condensate drain pan
Some condensate that may be generated during heat recovery process is collected in a special drain pan. As the drain pan is filled with condensate, the unit switches automatically off which is confirmed by indication on the control panel. Remove condensate from the drain pan and restart the unit to continue the unit operation

Q: About CS ERV ventilation lifetime
A: The lifetime will vary depending on the hours of usage, air quality and location of the ERV air cleaner. Normally the filter will need to be replaced semiannually. Clean the dust and contaminants with vacuum cleaner or hair dryer (cool air) and dry it out in the sun for 3 hours to maintain the best purifying effect.
Q: Are you a factory?

Q: I need your price list of all products, do you have a price list ?
A: We do not have a price list of all of our products. Because we have so many items, and it's impossible to mark all of their price on a list. Q: I can't find the product on your catalogue, can you make this product for me?
A: Our catalogue shows most of our products, but not all. So just let us know what product you need and how many you want. If we do not have it, we can also design and make a new mould to produce it. For your reference, making a ordinary mould will take about 35-45 days.
Q : Can you make customized products and customized packaging?
A: Yes. We've made a lot of customized products for our customers so far. And we've made many moulds for our customers. About customized packaging, we can put your logo or other labels on the packaging. It's no problem. Just have to point out that , it will cause some additional cost.
Q: Can you provide samples ? Are the samples free ?
A: Yes, we can provide samples for test or quality checking. And sample cost will be refunded when bulk order is over MOQ.
