► CONFIGURATION

1. Crossflow heat exchanger: Made of Aluminum, cross flow passages, sensible heat exchanger.

2. Fresh air filters: Triple filtration to ensure air cleanness, G4+F7+H10. Aluminum frame, solid, stable, ametabolic and anti corrosive.

3. Return air filter: Nonwoven material, G4 class, filtering return air. Aluminum frame, solid, stable, ametabolic and anti corrosive.

4. Bypass system: By adjusting the opening angle, different fresh air volume can go through the heat exchanger and by-pass synchronously. When it’s opened completely, the air goes without passing the heat exchanger.

5. Evaporator: Plate fin heat exchanger, with coated hydrophilic fins.

6. Connection box: Circuit board, core of intelligent control system -Power switch, power supply to the compressor, fans and by-pass Wiring terminal, easy access for field connection.

7. Electrical heater: 370W power controlled by the intelligent set program signal.

8. Drain tray: Made of coated galvanized steel, collecting the drain water from heat exchanger, evaporator and condenser. 

9. Drain pump -Integrated with ball cock to test the water level, the water is drain out automatically if the water is full.

Q: About CS ERV ventilation lifetime
A: The lifetime will vary depending on the hours of usage, air quality and location of the ERV air cleaner. Normally the filter will need to be replaced semiannually. Clean the dust and contaminants with vacuum cleaner or hair dryer (cool air) and dry it out in the sun for 3 hours to maintain the best purifying effect.

A: We do not have a price list of all of our products. Because we have so many items, and it's impossible to mark all of their price on a list. Q: I can't find the product on your catalogue, can you make this product for me?
A: Our catalogue shows most of our products, but not all. So just let us know what product you need and how many you want. If we do not have it, we can also design and make a new mould to produce it. For your reference, making a ordinary mould will take about 35-45 days.

Q : Can you make customized products and customized packaging?
A: Yes. We've made a lot of customized products for our customers so far. And we've made many moulds for our customers. About customized packaging, we can put your logo or other labels on the packaging. It's no problem. Just have to point out that , it will cause some additional cost.

Q: Can you provide samples ? Are the samples free ?
A: Yes, we can provide samples for test or quality checking. And sample cost will be refunded when bulk order is over MOQ.
