2. Process flow description
This straightener is for straightening of pipes by upper and lower roller bending deformation, pipe inner stress released, and at the same time, improving pipes surface quality, reaching the dimension precision required of process. The pipes in bundle craned to inlet charging table, kicking to inlet roller table by kicking device piece by piece, roller table lifted up, then the pipes transferred to straightener main mill, after biting, roller table fall down, after straightening, the pipes transferred to outlet table and kicked into storing and collecting basket.
