It has good adhesion and concealment to concrete in single coating applications. It can also withstand moisture emissions of up to 9 pounds (6.9% MC) without the need for barrier coatings in many cases. Adhere to damp or dry concrete and provide sufficient opening time for broadcast into the coating.
