Flat type Programmable plastic uv weatherometer / UV aging test machine is to simulate the sun lighting, and it’ s specialized in the simulation of products in outdoors for a long time. The ultraviolet radiation in the sun is destructive on its exposure, only a few days or weeks, the equipment can reproduce the destruction outdoors for months or years. And then to see whether the
product has fading, discoloration, brightness decline, powder, cracking, blurred,
brittle, decreased strength and oxidation phenomena, while it can reproduce the
destruction of rain and dew.

Features:
1. UV aging test machine can do two kinds of testing: aging and anti-yellowing.
2. Aging: the machine can promote the increase of sulfur rubber deterioration, to calculate the change rate of tensile and elongation before and after heat. It’s generally thought that test for one day at 70°C, in theory as exposed to the atmosphere for 6 months.
3. Anti-yellowing: the machine stimulate the atmosphere environment, driven by the sun ultraviolet radiation. It’s generally thought that the appearance change at 50°C for 9 hours, in theory as exposed to atmosphere for 6 months.

After finish production, offer photos to customer to confirm again with the machine. Then do own factory calibration or third party calibration(as customer requirements). Check and test all the details and then arrange packing.

Deliver the products in confirmed shipping time and inform customer.

Q:How about the packing for machine, is it safely protected during transportation?
A: Testing Chamber is packed by standard export wooden box for outside package and stretch film for inner package, it won't be damaged. We've delivered many testing machines abroad by sea or by air without damage.
