Bag dust collectors are designed to filter dust-containing gas using textile filter cloth or non-textile felt to make filter bags. The fiber fabrics then use their filtering effect to filter the dust-containing gas. When the gas enters the dust collector, heavy and large particles fall into the ash hopper due to gravity, and finer dust passes through the filter material, which ensures that the dust is effectively treated.

When the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper through the guide plate from the lower air intake pipe of the dust collector, the collision of the guide plate and the reduction of gas velocity cause coarse dust to fall into the ash hopper and the remaining fine dust particles to enter the filter bag chamber with the gas. The filter bag's fiber and fabric's inertia, diffusion, barrier, hooking, static electricity, and other effects retain the dust in the filter bag, and the purified air is discharged through the exhaust pipe. The dust accumulated on the filter bag is removed through gas backwashing, and the cleaned dust goes down to the ash hopper and is discharged to the ash conveying device through the double-layer ash unloading valve. Alternatively, the dust accumulated can also be removed by spraying pulse airflow, and the cleaned dust is discharged by the dust discharge device.
