The activated carbon adsorption box is a type of exhaust gas treatment equipment that is usually used in conjunction with other products. Its primary function is for paint mist treatment. During the painting process, the paint spraying exhaust gas is generated at the workbench where the workpiece is painted. Most of the paint sprayed by high-pressure air stays on the workpiece and the leftover paint mixes with the exhaust gas to form paint mist dust. The dust content is not high and the particle size is small, mostly measuring less than 10mm.
The paint mist outside the box is sucked into the paint mist purification treatment box by a fan, and the gas-liquid separator separates the gas and water. Inside the box, it comes across a multi-stage filter plate during its walking process. The paint mist and the filter plate complete a saturated contact, and the granular dust mist is adsorbed by the filter plate. After that, the remaining clean exhaust gas is filtered through a mesh filter before entering the activated carbon adsorption purification box.
The activated carbon purification box uses activated carbon’s high-efficiency adsorption feature, mainly its ability to adsorb organic gases, to purify the air. The activated carbon purification box is divided into an air inlet activated carbon filter section and an air outlet section. Organic waste gas enters the box through the air inlet, and the purified qualified exhaust gas is released into the air through the fan and exhaust duct. It is highly applied in the production of electronic components, battery (battery) production, pickling operations, laboratory wind, metallurgy, chemical industry, medicine, coating, food, brewing, and other waste gas treatments. It is especially suitable for spray paint waste gas treatment and purification.
