Higher speeds, deeper cuts and metal removal rates.
Solid carbide tools offer long tool life and faster cutting speeds than other substrates, but are more brittle and must be used with rigid toolholding systems.
When run in a counterclockwise direction (right-hand cut) spiral fluted tools evacuate chips up and out of the cut to reduce clogging.
Titanium aluminum nitride coatings become self-lubricating when used at very high speeds, making them ideal for cutting without coolant ("dry machining").
Round shanks allow use with a wide variety of tool holding systems.
Original raw micro grain material, high hardness and T.R.S.

We use 100% original raw material, the micro grain tungsten carbide powder and cobalt powder(from German)to make the carbide rod, hardness can be 92.5-94.0(HRA), and T.R.S. is 4200-4800(N/mm2), this carbide rod can ensure the end mills with very strong abrasive resistance and impact strength.

2. Made by world latest 5-AXIS CNC tools grinder, promise the quality and precision of cutter.
3. Each end mill is inspected by Zoller measuring and inspected machine.
