Key question -when choose felt-Which felt type is best for my application?
100% POLYESTER
The industry standard. This special polyester has particularly excellent abrasion and tensile characteristics as well as hydrolysis resistance and is ideal for use when the pH level is acidic to neutral (pH under 8).
70/30 and 50/50 POLYESTER/ACRYLIC
This is the preferred felt for applications that tend towards an alkaline pH level. It contains special hydrolysis resistant polyester fiber (see above) with excellent abrasion resistant and highly alkaline resistant acrylic fibers.
50/50 POLYESTER/WOOL BLEND
Many customers prefer this type felt to impart a superior “hand” to any fabric processed
100% NOMEX
The ultimate in felt performance and the only option for use on a Liquid Ammonia range. Specifically engineered to perform in all high temperature and chemical environments. It is the ideal felt for commission finishers processing a full range of fabrics with various pH levels
1. Q: How many days will it cost for sample and production?
A: Stock Sample:3-5 days; Stock Bulk Products: 7-10days
Customized Sample: 5-10days; Customized Bulk Products: 25-30days depend on customized way.
2. Q: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can do OEM products. Please donot hesitate to tell us your requirements.
3. Q: How can I get some samples?
A: 1. We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost AND samples FEE, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
2. Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company
4. Q: How to make customized order?
A: Place order with us-send purchase order with detail-Make payment for deposit-Making sample for confirmation (photos or practical sample)-sample confirmation-bulk production-make payment for balance-delivery.
5. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
