Grade 1 is the thinnest insulation grade available for applications where space and weight are critical.
The superior heat resistance of PEWH up to 180°C makes it more suitable for applications such as motors and transformers in high temperature environments.
Excellent electrical properties: PEWH's modified polyester insulation layer thickness of 0.1-0.5mm provides reliable insulation protection in high voltage environments.
Good chemical resistance: PEWH polyimide outer layers are highly resistant to a wide range of chemicals and solvents, making them suitable for industrial applications in harsh environments.
PEWH enameled wire is a premium electromagnetic wire material designed for high performance and durability in a variety of harsh environments for motor and transformer applications. This enameled wire utilizes specially modified insulating coatings and advanced manufacturing processes to ensure excellent insulating properties and resistance to heat, cold and chemicals.
The key features of PEWH products are their highly uniform coating thickness and superior surface smoothness, which greatly reduces friction and abrasion during winding and improves coil quality and consistency. In addition, the conductor portion of PEWH enameled wire is made of selected highly conductive copper materials, which not only ensures excellent current transfer capability, but also provides good mechanical strength and ductility, maintaining stable performance even under extreme temperature changes or mechanical vibrations.
