Band Sealer Machine Fetures:
1. Band Sealer Machine focuses on details. Easy-to-operate control panel, buttons that can adjust height and pressure to meet different demands. Two handles make it a portable machine.
2. there has an emergency stop button. It is unavoidable that something goes wrong during the sealing process, so this button is designed for users to prevent the potential trouble quickly in order to decrease the loss and protect the machine.
3. The power button to turn on/off the machine. When the machine is working, you need to turn on the FAN switch, and the HEATSEAL switch. The speed button is for adjusting the sealing speed, the TEMPT CONTROLER for adjusting temperature.
4. The up down and front behind of conveying table can be adjustable, according to the actual demand for parameter adjustment ,which improves work efficiency. The pressure control button also can be adjusted to meet different thickness of the bag.
5. The machine can be equipped with embossing wheel and type wheel, you can also replace the type to what you need. You can print the production date, time, logo etc. on the package of your products while you seal them with the machine.
6. The Sealer adopts the design of roller conveyor, and the conveyor belt is thickened, which makes our sealing machine unlimited length. The shelf is made of the 304 stainless material. The heating cooling blocks are pure copper.
7. It is suitable for sealing and bag-making of various plastic and compound films. Widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical industries and other industries with great needs.
