The Horizontal Labeling Machine can meet the labeling needs of various small round bottles, like cosmetic ampoules and injections. You can manually put bottles or add a feeding hopper. This Ampoule Labeling Machine also be connected with a printing machine to print out the batch number, expiration date and production date, up to three lines.

The Ampoule Labeling Machine offers an incredible output of 120 bottles every minute.
The conveyor belt is customized according to the needs of the product bottles, so that the production line can get the best efficiency.
Vision systems for checking Barcode, presence or absence of coding or pharma code on labels.
The label sensor photocell is used for space detection between two labels to detect the space wisely.
Using rectification technology to correct rounded label, high superposition of both ends of labels attached, the rolling label covering offers smooth labeling free of any wrinkles or bubbles, thus bettering packaging quality.
Process:
put the bottles to Feed hopper (option)—>delivery products on conveyor—>Product inspection (automatically)—>product label (automatically)—>delivery products(automatically)—>collect the labeled bottles.
