Brief Introduction:
Our company's PMC series mixing tanks are widely used in the preparation of dairy, food, pharmaceutical, chemical (detergent, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, bleach, glass cleaner, shampoo, etc.), beverages and other products. It integrates the functions of stirring and discharging (optional with working platform, stirring belt speed regulation, scraping wall stirring, belt dispersion or high shear homogeneous emulsification), and it is an ideal equipment for manufacturers to prepare liquids.
1. Main components: inner tank, jacket, housing, lid, stirrer, stirrer motor, stirrer seal, homogenisation, discharge method, electrical control system, platform and stand and other accessory spare parts.
2. Applicable materials: The liquid production process dissolves various raw materials such as AES, AESA LSA, etc., which saves energy consumption, shortens production time and shortens the production cycle.
3. Features: Multi-functional liquid detergent labelling machine with high-speed disperser in the production plant. It mainly adopts stepless speed regulating device to reduce flocculation in low temperature and high viscosity conditions without forming air bubbles, thus producing liquid detergent products such as shampoo, liquid soap, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, hand washing liquid and lubricating oil.
4. The finished product of the multi-functional liquid detergent labelling machine, the production equipment can be discharged through a valve or matching screw pump.

Features:
1. The Omnidirectional wall scraping and mixing adopts a frequency converter to adjust the speed. At low temperatures and high viscosity, it can reduce the formation of bubbles.
