Filling and sealing machine is made of stainless steel. The working processes are controlled by the buttons. Such processes include manual tube feeding, automatic turning, ration filling, automatic cutting and heating & sealing. All the processes are button controlled by the cylinder. The filling volume is easy to adjust and the filling speed is tunable. This machine is used to fill and seal all kinds of plastic and laminated tubes. The appearance of the sealing is neat and firm. According to different materials, we can choose the appropriate heating system.

3. The machine heat from inside of the tube and cool from outside for sealing, compare to ultrasonic sealing this way is faster and makes the tube with better looking. The heating system is adopted with Swiss brand air blower Leister, and chiller for cooling system.
4. Clamping system to close and seal the tube with batch code or expiry date information.
