Brief Introduction:

All mixers are mounted on a stainless steel platform, which has two levels. The oil tank is on the second level and the high shear mixer with homogenizer is on the first level. A high-speed dispersion is installed at the bottom of the oil tank, the speed is 1440r.p.m, it can melt the grease and mix it quickly and evenly.
After the grease is melted, the customer can open the valve, and the grease will flow directly into the high-shear emulsification mixer below through the stainless steel pipe. At this time, we can further process the raw materials and finally get the product we want.
The first floor platform is 1.6 meters above the ground, and the second floor is 2.4 meters above the ground.
All platforms are non-slip and covered with grained steel. There are guardrails and handrails all around to ensure the safety of workers.
