Brief Introduction:

VME-A-300L, Bottom Homogenizer Cosmetic Cream and Ointment Production Line Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer Machine means when the materials are under the vacuum condition, it makes use of the high shear emulsifier to distribute one or several to another continuous phase rapidly and evenly. The materials will be processed in the narrow space between stator and rotor by strong energy of motion produced by the machine effect.
By the operation of hydraulic sheraing, centrifugal extruding, impacting, breaking and turbulence for over 199 thousand times per minute, the materials will be disperesed and emulsifed instantly and evenly. After reciprocating circulation at high frequency, the fine finished products of stable and high quality without bubbles will be achieved.

The stirring paddle of the emulsifying mixer is hygienically polished, with no dead corner welding and no material residue.
Features:
The vacuum type high shear emulsification tank is an ideal equipment for the production of products in the daily chemical, chemical, electronic, pharmaceutical and food industries. It is suitable for mixing, mixing, dissolving, and vacuum defoaming of different material elements and various drugs after configuration.
It circulates heat through jacketed electric heating water, and has the characteristics of large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short boiling time of liquid material, and easy control of heating temperature.
The frame-type wall scraping stirring blade in the tank stirs at a slow speed, which can meet the shape of the stirring tank at any time, clean the sticky material on the pot wall, without stirring dead corners, and without sticking to the pot, so that the material can be fully stirred and evenly stirred. The speed can be adjusted arbitrarily within 0-65 rpm to meet different process requirements.
Oil pot and Water pot:
The oil and water pot mixers have exactly the same construction.
There's a high speed disperser mounted from the top of the cover which helps dissolve the ingredients. Some customers will omit the oil and water phase mixers and keep the main emulsification machine only.
