Brief Introduction:

The Sealed Design Homogenizer Emulsifier Mixer Hand Sanitizer Gel Making Machine is designed for a daily chemical factory to manufacture Hand Sanitizer Gel. Mostly hand sanitizer gel is made of alcohol, therefore the machine is sealed, airproof and explosion-proof for safe manufacturing production.

The machine contains Mixing, Homogenizer, and Vacuum System. Unlike regular machine, it doesn't have heating & cooling system, because alcohol doesn't need heating, and cannot be heated, sanitizer gel contains a lot of alcohol.

But it has Vacuum System which the regular machine doesn't have, because the gel creates bubbles during mixing process, vacuum system can remove bubble for better looking and filling.

However, this machine can also be using for other industries, such as cosmetic, daily chemical, and other liquid/paste form material, the customization of making different products are available.

The machine is made of SUS316L for material contact parts that meets GMP standard, it is very popular and productive for above industries.

The machine can be customized with different functions, such as stirring, homogenizing, heating & cooling, vacuum system, lifting system, etc. Usually we will customize the machine according to the products and capacity that clients want to make, to make sure the machine design can perfectly meet their requirements with reasonable and cost effective price.

1. The all-around wall Teflon scraping mixing adopts the frequency inverter for speed adjustment, so it can be adjusted to make different products with different manufacturing requirements.
2. The diversified high-speed homogenizer can powerfully mix solid, oil and liquid raw materials and can rapidly dissolve many indissoluble materials such as AES, AESA, LSA,etc.
3. The pot body is welded by SUS316 three-layer stainless steel plate.the tank body and the pipes adopt 5 times mirror polishing, which fully conforms to GMP standard requirements.
4. The motor for homogenizer and mixing paddle, we only use Siemens or ABB, with higher quality, better stability and longer service life.
5. All main parts of the machine are adopted with international brands, such as Delta, Schneider, Siemens, Omron, etc.

Service:

1. Warranty: One year since the date of installation. If there is any wearing parts be within the warranty and isn’t caused by un-proper operation, Lianhe will offer new parts for free.

2. Inspection: Buyer could visit our factory for site inspection, we could also send some machine testing videos to buyer if buyer couldn't come.

3. Machine Installation or Fixing: On site installation is available, Lianhe can send 1-2 technicians to buyer's factory for installation, testing and training. We can also provide online installation guidance instead, and provide you some 3D videos, instruction videos if buyer prefer installing by themselves.
