1.Ni-Cd battery has high charge and discharge efficiency and good safety performance at high temperature and has long service life under condition of long term floating charge, which makes it very suitable for emergency lighting application.In the case of high current discharge, nickel cadmium battery has low internal resistance and high voltage discharge characteristics, so it is widely used.

2.Working temperature for Ni-Cd battery could be up to 55 degree, and even up to 70 degree, and expected service life could be up to 4 to 5 years.
