Description of Knurled Rollers:
We are a leading manufacturer, supplier and exporter of Engraving Rolls, which provide superfine embossed prints. Manufactured using quality raw material, these rollers are used for all types of fabrics such as dupattas, grey cloths, sarees, dress, velvet, denim and many more. In addition, these products are used for the various purposes like flooring, non-woven home furnishing, paper embossing, coating, aluminium foil and corrugated boards.
According to the pattern, we use different processing techniques in order to press out the product lines with clear and beautiful patterns, rich layers, and precise sizes.
Different patterns can be developed according to customer’s requirements.
The material of roller is 45# seamless pipe or alloy steel after being welded, stressed, tempered, quenched heat treatment, etc.
After quenching the surface hardness can reach HR c52-58. If choose chrome plate and polish the surface, the hardness can reach HRC 62.
With imported polishing machine and raw materials, the roller surface roughness can reach Rao.01 and concentricity is less than 0.02mm.
