Extrusion process control: the temperature of the aluminum rod on the machine is 450℃～460℃. The aluminum rod can be heated to 500 ℃ ~ 520 ℃ first, and then taken out of the heating furnace to cool down. The temperature of the extrusion rod should not be too high to avoid the occurrence of black lines and scratches. The mold temperature is 450 ℃ ~ 480 ℃, and it must be heated in the mold heating furnace for more than 2 hours, but the mold must be taken out for more than 8 hours. The temperature of the ingot barrel is 380℃～400℃. At present, when the extruder leaves the factory, the extruder manufacturer locks the temperature of the ingot barrel to a maximum temperature of 400℃. The extrusion speed depends on the surface quality of the material. In general, the online quenching temperature of 8m/min～18m/min outlet is 520±5℃, the online quenching temperature of 6063 alloy is 515±5℃, and the cooling rate is 4℃/S (air volume 660m3/h full pressure, wind pressure 850Pa). The tail operator should pay attention to scraping, scratching and bruising the profiles during the process of moving the profiles. The frame of the profiles shall not overlap and overlap, and the distance between the branches must be kept about 2 cm to avoid mutual abrasion. Manufacturers with conditions should separate them with purlin paper layer by layer, and then place the pads up and down accordingly.
