Basic Information

The size of each part of the aluminum profile exceeds the tolerance requirements of the section drawing size of the profile. The size is out of tolerance; the usual size out of tolerance is: the wall thickness is out of tolerance, the outer diameter of the round bar and the round tube is out of tolerance, and the length (width) of the flat square tube is out of tolerance. Out of tolerance edges, out-of-specification profile angles, out-of-tolerance opening dimensions, etc.; most of the reasons are unreasonable size reservation during mold design, or deformation of the mold during extrusion, or the use of the mold for too long, or stretching and straightening It is caused by factors such as improper control of tensile rate;
Elimination method:
1) Establish mold files, and scrap molds with deformed molds, long use time, and excessive wall thickness; improve mold design and mold manufacturing processes;
2) For those with out-of-tolerance angles and out-of-tolerance opening dimensions, the mold working belt should be corrected to ensure that the aluminum profiles flow evenly;
3) When stretching and straightening, properly control the stretching amount; for aluminum profiles with openings, put appropriate pads at the openings when the chuck is used to prevent the openings from closing during stretching;
4) Strictly control the extrusion temperature and extrusion speed;

The company has the ability to develop and design molds independently, we can produce any extruded aluminum profiles according to your mechanical drawing or sample. Longkang has 10 extrusion production lines (600-3500 tons), one automatic oxidation electrophoresis production line, vertical and horizontal spraying production line per each, and a variety of advanced supporting production, processing and testing equipments. There are also CNT digital control drilling and milling machine(CNC), double head saw, hydraulic saw and punching machine in our processing workshop. Q: What color can the wood grain be?
A: Our most popular colors are Western Red Cedar, Australian Cedar, Jarrah I, Jarrah II, Chestnut, Bush Cherry, Bush Wood, Western Wood, Snow Gum, etc. If you need any other color, we can provide the color according to you.
 
Q: What is the thickness of the anodizing? Can you do 12um?
A: Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can do 15 microns and above.
 
Q: Are all color products the same finish?
A: No. With powder coatings, bright colors will be higher than white or gray. Regarding the price of anodizing, the color will be higher than the silver, and the black will be higher than the color.
