L Shaped Over The Side PTC Immersion Heater For Corrosive Liquid
The PTC heater has constant temperature heating characteristics. The principle is that after the PTC heater is powered on, the self-heating temperature will increase the resistance value and enter the jump zone. The surface temperature of the PTC heater will maintain a constant value. This temperature is only the same as the Curie of the PTC heater. The temperature is related to the applied voltage, but basically has nothing to do with the ambient temperature. Even in the case of abnormal operation, due to the adjustment effect of the PTC component itself, the input power can be reduced to a very low level, and no accidents will occur.
The PTC ceramic heating element used in the refrigeration device is composed of several monolithic pieces combined in parallel and bonded with corrugated aluminum strips at high temperature. This type of PTC heater has the advantages of low thermal resistance, high heat exchange efficiency, and low power attenuation for long-term use. One of its outstanding features lies in its safety performance. Even when the fan fails, the PTC heater cannot be obtained. With sufficient heat dissipation, its power will automatically drop sharply. At this time, the surface temperature of the heater is maintained at about the Curie temperature (usually around 250 ℃), so as not to produce the phenomenon of "redness" such as the surface of the electric heating tube heater. In addition, the overall appearance of the PTC heater is light and easy to assemble in the whole machine.
