PP Plastic Electroplating Drum Plating Tank Barrel For Plating Production Line
The drum developed by our company is made of imported PP material and processed by advanced CNC drilling machine tools.
The hole diameter can be as small as 2MM, which increases the opening rate, shortens the plating time from the surface, saves costs for customers, and improves productivity.
1. Roller material:
a: The general material is made of PP board, which is resistant to corrosion and high temperature (below 80 degrees).
b: Transparent acrylic can also be customized according to customer requirements.
2. Application of barrel plating:
Generally suitable for barrel plating of gold, silver, palladium, rhodium, nickel, copper, zinc, etc.
3. Customized requirements for small barrel plating equipment:
The parameters that need to be provided by the customer are:
the length of the drum,
the diameter of the drum,
and the hole diameter of the drum.
These three parameters can be customized.
