The thickness range of 0.14mm - 0.55mm enables the tinplate to withstand a certain pressure and is not easy to deform during packaging, transportation and storage. Application areas
1. Food oil packaging:
In terms of edible oil packaging, such as olive oil, peanut oil, etc., packaging containers made of tinplate can effectively block oxygen, moisture and light. Because oxygen will cause oil to oxidize and deteriorate, moisture will cause oil to hydrolyze and rancidify, and light, especially ultraviolet rays, will accelerate the oxidation process of oil. The good sealing and barrier properties of tinplate can solve these problems well.
2. Industrial oil packaging:
For industrial lubricants, hydraulic oils, etc., tinplate packaging can withstand certain pressure and impact, and protect the oil from damage during transportation.
3. Chemical packaging:
In the field of chemical packaging, tinplate packaging can play a good protective role for some relatively weak acidic and alkaline chemicals.

Printing and coating:
Print on the surface of tinplate, add product labels, instructions, brand logos and other information. The printing process uses offset printing. At the same time, in order to further improve the anti-corrosion performance or aesthetics of tinplate, it can also be coated, such as applying a layer of transparent protective paint or a colored paint layer.
