Applicable Scope of fermentation tank:
It is applicable to the harmless treatment and comprehensive utilization of livestock manure such as pig manure, cow manure and chicken manure in large-scale farms, domestic sludge from sewage treatment plants, kitchen garbage and other agricultural and animal husbandry and domestic organic waste.
Process flow of livestock manure fermentation tank:
During the operation of the equipment, the moisture content of wet feces is controlled by mixing wet feces straw powder with fermented and decomposed dry feces, which is generally reduced from 80% to about 55%.
During the process of processing, the moisture content of feces will be further reduced, the volume of feces will be reduced, and organic fertilizer will be produced to achieve the purposes of harmless and resource utilization of feces.
Working Principle of livestock manure fermentation tank:
The aerobic fermentation treatment equipment of livestock manure adopts the aerobic fermentation principle of aerobic microorganisms, which enables microorganisms to utilize organic matter, residual protein, etc. in livestock manure. Under certain temperature, humidity and sufficient oxygen environment, rapid reproduction.
During reproduction, they consume organic matter, protein and oxygen in feces, and metabolize to produce ammonia, CO2 and water vapor. At the same time, a large amount of heat is released to raise the temperature in the tank.
Further promote the growth and metabolism of microorganisms at 45℃ ~ 70℃, at the same time, the temperature above 60℃ can kill harmful bacteria, pathogens, eggs and other substances in feces, and at the same time balance the survival temperature of beneficial bacteria, humidity and pH value meet the survival conditions of beneficial bacteria. With the continuous addition of fresh livestock feces, microorganisms in the tank circulate and reproduce continuously, thus realizing harmless treatment of feces.
The processed clinker can be directly used as fertilizer or as raw material to produce compound organic fertilizer, which can completely solve the environmental pollution problem caused by feces and ensure the large-scale, green and sustainable development of the breeding industry.
