New organic fertilizer granulator
The new organic fertilizer granulator is a patent product newly developed by Henan Qimeng Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. It is used for granulation of various organic materials after fermentation, breaking through the conventional granulation process of organic materials, before part of the granulation, there is no need to transform the raw materials. After the raw materials are crushed, the spherical particles can be processed by direct ingredients, which can save a lot of energy. The particles produced are spherical, and the organic content can reach up to 100%, realizing the granulation of pure organic materials. There is no need to add adhesive during granulation.
This machine can not only granulate a variety of organic substances, especially for crude fiber materials that are difficult to be granulated by using conventional equipment, such as crop straw, wine residue, bacterial residue, pesticide residue, animal feces, etc, it can be granulated after fermentation, and the granulating effect on the raw materials such as humic acid and municipal sludge is also very good. The particles are firm and can be sieved after granulation to reduce drying energy consumption. The moisture content of the raw materials can be about 20%-40%.
Working Principle of new organic fertilizer granulator:
The material enters into the machine from one end of the machine body, and is continuously pushed by the granulating rotor and mechanically moved with the machine shell to achieve the purpose of granulating. The finished particles are pushed out of the machine at the other end of the machine body.
The rotor is driven by the motor and reducer of the transmission part, and the transmission part and body part are mostly fixed on the same frame, which not only has firm structure and stable operation, but also is very convenient to install, it is a new environmentally friendly organic fertilizer granulator equipment.
