　　VSD type petrochemical process pump is a centrifugal pump of vertical, single-stage or multi-stage, single or double suction, diversion shell type.It’s designed according to the API610 standard,VS1 type.This series of pumps is designed strictly in accordance with the standard in terms of pump support, bearing arrangement, reservation interface, cooling and washing, cavity structure etc.
This series of pumps has good hydraulic power,comprehensive spectrum,high efficiency and anti-cavitation.
According to different working conditions,VSD series pump is equipped with many kinds of structures,so that the best configuration achieves in all working conditions.Pumps with different configurations all have API standard seal chamber sizes, you can set different seal combination forms.

1.grease lubrication structure
 

1.Rolling bearing structure,grease lubrication, simple structure and good economy. Face to face angular contact ball bearings bears the residual axial force of the rotor.
2.Pump and motor adopt flexible connection. Small pump can also use rigid connection.The pump does not have separate bearing chamber and uses motor shaft to bear the axial force of the rotor.
3.Discharge casing equipped with mounting base has beautiful structure and reduces the number of pump parts.
4.API610 standard seal chamber size,and different seal and auxiliary systems can be configured according to requirements.
