Purpose:
NGW series planetary gear reducer is suitable for mining, metallurgy, lifting and transportation, textile, chemical, light industry and other industries.
Features:
1. Light in weight and small in size. Under the same conditions, the weight can be reduced by more than 1/2, and the volume can be reduced by 1/2-1/3.
2. High transmission efficiency, single-stage transmission can reach 097-0.98. Level two can reach 094-0.96, and level three can reach 091-0.94.
3. The transmission power range is large, which can be due to less than 1 kW to 1300 kW.
4. Smooth operation, low noise, durable and long life.
Conditions of Use
1 The maximum speed of the high-speed shaft shall not exceed 1500 rpm.
2. The peripheral speed of the gear must not exceed 10 m/s.
3. The working environment temperature is -40℃-+45℃.
4. It can operate in both forward and reverse directions.
