Description
The inner shaft motor is a unique hydraulic component in the hydraulic system. The rotor speed of the internal shaft motor is lower than that of the rotating magnetic field. The rotor windings induce electromotive force and current due to the relative movement between the magnetic fields and interact with the magnetic field to generate electromagnetic Torque, realizing energy conversion. Compared with the output shaft motor, the inner shaft motor can be highly concentrically matched with the oil pump, with good running performance, ensuring the stable pressure output of the hydraulic oil pump to the hydraulic system. Because of the inner shaft motor's reliable operation, the overall structure is streamlined and light in weight. It is widely used in hydraulic system equipment.

Installation steps
1. Align the half-circle key with the key slot and insert it into the motor. Pay attention to whether the half-circle key is loose or dropped. Otherwise, the oil pump cannot pump oil. You can put some butter on the semicircular keys when installing.
2. After installing the oil pump, tighten the screws, do not lock them too tightly. Rotate the oil pump to a suitable position and then pull the screws. It is better to close the locking screw diagonally.
3. After tightening the screws, use a screwdriver to make the rotor blades seem smooth. If it is too tight, adjust the screws.
