How to troubleshoot common motor faults

1. After the motor is switched on, the motor cannot start, but there is a buzzing sound?

1) The power is not turned on for a single-phase start;
2) Motor overload;
3) Stuck by the dragging machinery;
4) The open-circuit of the rotor circuit of the wound motor is broken;
5) The internal end of the stator is connected incorrectly, or there is a disconnection or short circuit

Second, the motor is difficult to start. After the rated load is added, is the speed low?

1) low supply voltage
2) The original angle connection was wrongly connected to the star connection
3) The cage end of the squirrel cage rotor is unsoldered, loosened, or broken

Third, the heat exceeds the temperature rise or smoke after the motor starts.

1) The power supply voltage is too low, the temperature rise of the motor is too high under the rated load;
2) The motor is poorly ventilated, or the ambient humidity is too high;
3) Motor overload or single-phase operation;
4) The motor starts frequently, or the number of forwarding and reverse rotations is excessive;
5) Stator and rotor want to wipe
